abnormal ecg

Hi i went to doctor on thursday and she sent me to er, they did a ecg and the notation on them say st & t wave abnormality consider inferior ischemia, and the other says possible left atrial enlargement, my symptoms have been shortness of breathe (still have), occasional fast heartbeat, the er did a cat scan said it was normal, said i didnt have pulmonary embolism that i probably have anxiety and to go home. well shortness of breathe has been constant for 1 week. no improvement, and im not an axious person, im very laid back. do u have any ideas what could be going on, any thing i do cause shortness of breathe to increase, things that im use to doing all the time is hard now.
please let me know

The cat scan doesn't support the finding of the EKG (st-t abnormality can be blocked vessels (ischemia) or a prior heart attack).

The scan should have ruled out pulmonary issues that would cause dry cough, fever, chest pain, etc.  Pulmonary hypertension can be an underlying cause, also anemia can cause a deficit of oxygen to your system and cause shortness of breath and fatigue.
