bradycardia and exercise in elderly

76 yr old with bradycardia (below45 at times) will some exercise, ie stationary bike be useful? How much and how often?

Its difficult to answer your questions without knowing the general health, medical history, etc.  Usually, aerobic exercise is benefical for the heart.  A guideline for aerobic exercise is not exceed a pulse rate greater than 220-your age.  You may want to reach a heart rate less than the recommended rate until you can comfortly have a heart rate of 144 without being out of breath with a 30 minute workout at least 3 times a week.
