confused!

So today I went to a&e due to quite bad chest pains (tightness, aches, funny breathing, muscle pain) and overall I had my blood pressure and heart rate checked, my heart traced, my blood tested for infection and my chest x rayed. Everything came back healthy but I need to know why I'm getting these pains if I'm okay? Can it be due to anything else, and how can I make it better?

I had to make sure, but Valium (diazepam) is used to treat anxiety disorders (got this from Google).

With severe anxiety and stress, woman especially, are very prone to Coronary artery spasms and some people can get it so severe, that they can get a heart attack from it.

Let me know how you are doing and all the best.

A & E:  Accident and Emergency Department of Hospital.

Hi there, lily12419

You could be having "coronary spasms" due to anxiety and stress.  Loss of family and a broken relationship is enough to add stress to your life now and you need to go and see a Doctor to get some support for your anxiety and keep medication (Xanor, Valium) for the days that life really gets to you.

And I already suffer with anxiety and I've had a very stressful week! Broke up with my boyfriend and lost a close family friend due to a heart attack.
