My pulse rate drops when I work on the computer at work, or am generally very relaxed. At an exhibition recently, I was able to check my pulse rate at the time, with a special medical exhibit. My pulse rate was measured at 51. I know my blood pressure is high, but not exactly what it is. I'm also 10 stone overweight, which must be serious for my age of 62. However, I eat healthily and the problem is insufficient exercise, although I have a rowing machine at home for occasional use. I never get depressed - honestly, I have a working around this. And I'm a very laid-back person who also doesn't get angry - honestly this is true too, I don't like confrontation. Should I be unduly worried? It seems to me that all the figures are against me, yet I don't feel I have a problem.
