please help

hi there ,
My little girl is 1 year old now, When she was 1 months old the pediatrician detected a heart murmur , we did an echocardiogram , chest xray and electro...(dont remember the name ) and all of hem came back normal and no VSD . Dr says its a vibratory murmur and is no problem now she is one year old and he can still hear that murmur and he repeated that echocardiogram and there was no VSD however in the report it says : mild MR and TR . Is this a concern and is this related to the murmur ? I know that this means a leaking in the valves  etc... but i wanna know if it will worsen or its normal ? or do we see a specialist? could it be a sign or symptom of a hears defect or desease ??please reply i'm so concerned and depressed right now !Thank you God bless you .

Many normal children have a heart murmur.  The doctor, with the help of tests, have diagnosed the murmur as innocent, normal and functionable.  Because valve leakage is very common the probability is high for no medical problem.

As part of the echo there is the doppler test that color codes the blood flow through the heart and provides a different color for any backflow (leakage) and the process is observed on a monitor in real time.  It is very easy and convenient to determine the degree of leakage and mild indicates it is insignificant.  Don't worry unnecessarily.
