treadmill stress test without imaging

im 52 female had a treadmill stress test and got results back it says there was j point depressions slowly upsloping st segments in the inferior wall leads v3 to v6  by the time peak excercise these changes acheive 1mm st segment depressions after the j point in leads v4 v5 and 1-1.5 mm in the inferior wall leads . These changes resolve by 2 min recovery   st depression of 1.0 to 1.5 mm in inferior wall leads, delayed recovery ekgs at 4 min show st depressions in inferior leads which achieve 1.0mm and dimular changes in the v3 to v6 without acheving 1 mm in these leads  no significate ectopy ,  consistant with ischemia.  what does this all mean im so scared i cant think straight .Made a cardio appt for next week . but im nervous. I had a echo 3 weeks ago showing  mild to moderate left ventricula hypertrophy  with left ventricual ejection rate of 60 to 70 %  .left atrial borderline enlarged. overall left ventr function normal  ,mild aortic mitraland tricupsid regurgitation normal pulomanry pressure  suggested clinical correlation .  .Dr said at that time 3 weeks ago to just work on getting bp down and choloestrol down and she would repeat the echo in one year

The ST segment is important because it can show whether ischemia is present. In general, an ST segment depression (greater than 1mm) indicates ischemia.  The possible ischemia (some occlusion) was shown by the inferior wall leads and the possible occlusion is with the RCA (right-side main artery).

Apparently, your doctor is not concerned about the borderline left atrium and left ventricle at the present time, and the normal EF (55-75%) doesn't indicate any problem with the enlarged LV.  She wants to see if lowering your pb and cholesteroll with meds will decrease LV size to normal.

There are no issues with the valves shown as mild and trace are considered medically insignificant.
