weak hands and weak feet

please help....my mom is 74 years old. her was blood pressure was 170/99 or 180/110...sometimes. we finally got contral over her blood pressure.
we got her blood work done and everything was normal range. But she is very weak and she has no strength on her feet and hands. she gets dizzy and tired alot....what should be my next step... help

What medication is being used to control her blood pressure, and what do you call
normal level? It is possible that she is suffering side effect from the drugs.
