I feel shaky all over don't understand why.  I am not sick. But everything seems  to be  getting to me.

Being post-surgical, especially if your heart is what has been worked on, can *certainly* make you feel jumpy!  That would be normal.

Can you tell us why you are in a nursing home at such a young age?

I do have some heart problems. But I have asthma. I am kind of jumpy all the time. I just had heart repair for a vaulve. I am not taking meds. I am in a nursing home right now. But I don't want crazzzy meds.  I am on;ly 50

Sounds like anxiety to me, not a heart thythm issue.  I would take a Xanax if you have any.
