ok so i have pacs ,  yesterday and today i can put my hand on my heart and feel it skip a beat. like pause a min than goes back to normal,been doing it since yesterday , i have no other systems, do i need go dr or just write it off as pacs again

this year i have had a stress test and echo and servel ekgs all said hearts good, who knows lol

they just went away. so i didn't go to dr, i have had for 35 years but each time they scare me so bad,

just wish i could pin point why they started this time,  i never can figure it out, i feel lots better today as it took me a day to get over the stress of having them.

Any new change in heart rhythm needs to be brought to your doctors attention. With no other symptoms but feeling the skipped beats, it's probably benign PACs like you said but it's best to get an EKG and know for sure. Good luck!
