I am a fairly healthy 58 year old with regular episodes of PVC's, I've been told like many others not to worry after testing indicates a relatively benign condition. I was on Propanalol ( beta blockers ) but because I have asthma it significantly increase my susceptibility to asthma attacks during exercise. Also I have had an occasional PVC or two while my heart rate was up while running, usually on the increase side of working up to pace. For those of us who find it difficult to accept that nothing more can be done, what about increasing cardiovascular exercise? I was thinking of working up to my old running habits maybe try a 5k-10k run in the future, is there any reason to think I should not continue or even increase my exercise habits?
Thanks
