Sorry for typos, re-reading my replies I see some problems reading.
Basically, this seem to the symptoms have lasted for only a couple of days, your post is the 12th.. I'd wait a few days and see if the symptoms pass. If the symptoms continue I think you should check with a doctor.
well she said she was having sinus pressure and they this actually happens when she has the same sinus issues. maybe sinus cold?
I am no expert, but I'd think 165 at 5' 5" is overweight but not likely enough to be the sole cause of SOB or heart rhythm issues. Again, any change in persistent change in health should be checked by a doctor unless you can figure out something on your own.
Age 27 isn't old enough to have a sudden loss in physical endurance. Something must be amiss. By persistent I'd say a week or so, not a day or two. Most of the time we just have a strain or virus and it passes in a few days.
thanks, shes like 5'5". She was complaining about being dizzy too today but no palps or skips
It doesn't sound like a serious rhythm problem to me... but I'm just a fellow patient.
The weight (you didn't give the height but if under 5' 10 or so, too much weight) could add to the shortness of breath... but shouldn't if the episode just "popped" up while sitting or some other minimum physical activity level.
If she does regular exercise and normally doesn't have a SOB, then something has changed, otherwise it may simply be an continuing slide in physical fitness.
Checking with a doctor would be a good idea. We all, even the young, should get a physical exam periodically.... I think I went 5 years or more when young (and out of the Navy) between physicals, but I did get them. Any physical should include an electrocardiogram especially if there symptoms such as SOB.
Good luck.
