I so agree with both of the posts above. There is a reason why it is called a silent killer and the short answer to your question is yes....it is notorious for coming and going before a bigger one can hit. I see by your profile that you are a female and one of the definate indicators for a female having a heart attack is a flu like feeling or a feeling of doom up to a month before the incident happens. The easiest way to deal with this is to head to the E,R, and tell them that you at the very least want a blood test done because by that they will be able to tell whether or not you have indeed had a heart attack. Try to remember that its not uncommon for humans to have what is termed as a "small" heart attack if you are in a risk group of any type. Better to be safe then sorry and just because you have no signs of heart issues at this moment does not mean that in twenty minutes it will slam into you...there is no price you can pay to have piece of mine and trust me i would want to know if indeed something is going on within me...there is preventative things docs can do to help you out with this...go get checked because we would all i think like to see you keep posting on this site...let us know after you see a doc okay?
see, there's no sign of it today...
but i will now get it checked.
ok - thanks, friends... getting there x
please go get it checked asap - if the ER shows nothing then have a full cardiologist workup from someone outside the ER just to be safe - there may be something going on; stress can lead to some very bad side effects on our hearts
Get yourself off to the ER and get it checked out.
Why are we so reluctant to make a visit to the docs? I was the same but nowadays if something don't feel right or something has changed then the first stop I make is the docs for a quick check up and peace of mind.
If it is nothing then you can relax and forget about it, if it is something then pat yourself on the back for catching it early enough to get treatment.
Make an appointment and get it looked at :)
