fainting

the first time i faint was on my first day in Gym, which the coach assured me its natural !
then after few weeks i got a feeling that i can't take my breath to the max capacity of my lungs but those symptoms went away after a couple of weeks .. then a couple of weeks ago as my exams started i started having those symptoms again but this time it felt like fainting & my heart is pounding  , incoherent thinking i couldn't put an idea together and it happened during an exam, that day i drank in the morning (tea, coffee, salty cheese , and a power bar ) !! ... i couldn't figure out what is wrong, blood pressure or blood sugar .
and the symptoms keep showing several times during a typical day !
note : my sleeping lately is irregular and i have a lot of caffeine
i just want to know if there is a serious problem that can cause the symptoms i mentioned beside the fatigue and the caffeine . and what tests should i have ?
thanks

Yes I am with Spade, it is probably best you go and see a doctor.  It is not normal to pass out during exercise though if you were not properly hydrated before you exercised it could cause you to become dehydrated and lead you to pass out.  However, if it feels like you might always pass out every time you exercise I might suggest avoiding exercise until you have been properly seen.  Stress and anxiety are big triggers for some of the symptoms you mention and taking tests can certainly bring on the anxiety attacks but only a doctor can say for certain whether or not what you are feeling is simple anxiety attacks or something else.  I would say avoid the caffeine until you can get properly diagnosed.  It will make the situation worse regardless if your issue is benign or not.  Well take care and keep us posted on how you are doing.

You absolutely need to see your doctor to find out what is going on because, yes, there are health conditions that can cause your symptoms that require treatment.

Your doctor will likely ask you questions, give you a physical exam (this will including taking your BP, pulse, etc) and take a blood sample.  Depending on the results of these tests, you "may" be referred to a cardiologist.
