PVC's and PAC's

Hi everyone, I'm a 27 year old female and have been having PVC's and PAC's occuring regularly (5-50 a day) since I had my baby. I worry about this 24/7. I wish I could forget about them but they are always there to remind me. They seem to be worse about two weeks before my period. Does anyone know of anything that helps? Also, could you give me any info that could make me worry less about my skippy heart? Thanks.

For absolutely sure you need to be under the watchful eye of a heart doc because obviously you've been diagnosed with both...things to do to avoid them are pretty basic...no coffee, iced tea, colored sodas, chocolate, red wine, lighten up on the sugars, make sure you get a full nite of sleep and make absolutely sure that you stay hydrated and drink lots of water because dehydration really sets them off.  The biggest no no is energy drinks.  Alot of us have to power thru them and they come and go in episodes for everyone but i would hope that your heart doc would have given you a little something to lessen the episodes...i think you may be extra sensitive right now because of the baby and your mortality which i think is pretty normal in wanting to be around to see your child grow up....and yes they are notorious for popping up before your periods because of the hormonal changes and you have to remember that your body is still trying to get back to normal after having the baby so that factors into it too.  I would think that as more and more time passes that they will become less and less and your body reverts...if not you need to make a call to your heart doc to ensure that nothing popped up after the delivery but i seriously wouldn't worry too much unless it gets progressive...congrats on the baby!!!

one day last week i had a fever, pain everywhere,
completely exhausted no energy at all.

slightly elevated HR but no pvc's could be felt all the time
i was sick... and i felt my pulse several times counting to 100 beats ,
no pvc's spotted! (ihave alot usually)

yesterday bad pvc day for me, i suspect too much cannedfood (lotsof corn and tuna)
triggered it.

i think pvc's in many cases are hypersensitive reaction to toxic chemicals
or stressfull circumstances that could be tolerated to a certain point inour life
but then the elecrtrcal wires of the heart became oversensitive.

it ***** but it's better than many other disease and tragedy out there.
everyday could be our last so be happy :)

just this morning i was thinking how much worse my pvc's , pac's  and runs of a-fib are around a week before my period. i too would like to know why this is. i feel for you. im on constant watch and worry wondering when and where these things are gonna hit and how long they're gonna last. i sit and wish to feel normal again. sometimes i have to really think hard to remember what it was like before the arrhythmias took over. i miss normalcy. i'm 33 and have suffered 2 long years with this. hope you find your answers
