Internal hemmorhoid popping out

I posted a few days ago w/ no response.... but have discovered a new "wrinkle" and hoping someone might respond. I can't get in to see my dr til June 16th - this with insurance I pay over $1000 a month for! ANYWAY, had a colonoscopy6 weeks ago which dr said showed an internal hemmorhoid - of course I was still under residual anesthesia, and didn't ask about it - even when I went back for followup. So here is what I discovered:
1. About two weeks ago - after followup, I started getting some anal irritation and pressure. I've been working to keep bowel movement soft - bran, water, some Metamucil, etc...
2. Frustrated, I decided to see what I could see - with a mirror and flashlight - I sure am glad this is anonymous!
3. When trying to push somewhat, a pinkish little "blob" kind of shows, and then retracts - hemmorhoid? I'm pretty sure it is ....
4. Is this typical? Could anyone with experience respond? Thanks in advance for any help!
