I also have a sort of your problem but with no redness. I just had a constipated bowel movement yesterday and thought I had a cut but it later it didn't pain like cut. I can sit with a little feeling that something happened in there. and today I just used castor oil to lubricate and heal my anus and saw that that anal area seems smaller and I don't know if it is hemorrhoid or just a normal swelling.
