I don't know I have told you all I know I am a machinist and I read I am not a medical professional
We here have said you have little to no risk. If you want to spend money on testing that is your choice.
But may I suggest a wiser choice would be to not have relations with prostitutes, practice safe sex, and possible look into getting counseling for anxiety related to fears of catching diseases when you are at little risk for them.
Hep c as we have said is not generally considered to be an STD.

We dont have any good hepatitis doctor here , thats the reason i am seeking help from forum . also the test HCV-RNA Detection by COBAS Used For Diagnosing HCV Infection Prior To Seroconversion.
I believe this test looks for virus in our body. let me know your thoughts.
In my personal opinion as a machine shop worker and suffer of hepatitis C for many years plus a avid searcher of the Internet I would say your risk of hepatitis C transmission is minimal to zero However I am not a doctor for a better answer ask your personal physician
I don't know anything about hepatitis b other than by googling it which you can do as well or you can try the hepatitis B forum or your doctor for an answer
Thanks for your reply , I will go for HCV-RNA Viral load (Quantitative) test.
My exposure will transmit hep c? share your opinion? am i in high risk? i know this is not HEP B forum , if you tell me the window period for HEP B also would be helpful.
Ask you doctor about testing results I would think any viral load test would be conclusive in a short period of time.
Safe sex is more than condoms barrier protection means no mouth to any body part.
You could use a dental dam or in not available cut along the length of a condom to creat a piece of barrier material to place over the part of the body you want to lick. Had you done this you would not have swolled any liquid from your partner. Also use latex gloves or if alegerick to latex there are non latex alternatives for manual stimulation or penetration.
Toys should also be covered and not shared.

Barrier protection
Various protective devices are used to avoid contact with blood, vaginal fluid, semen or other contaminant agents (like skin, hair and shared objects) during sexual activity. Sexual activity using these devices is called protected sex.
Condom machine
Condoms cover the penis during sexual activity. They are most frequently made of latex, and can also be made out of synthetic materials including polyurethane.
Female condoms are inserted into the vagina prior to intercourse.
A dental dam (originally used in dentistry) is a sheet of latex used for protection when engaging in oral sex. It is typically used as a barrier between the mouth and the vulva during cunnilingus or between the mouth and the anus during anal–oral sex.
Medical gloves made out of latex, vinyl, nitrile, or polyurethane may be used as a makeshift dental dam during oral sex, or to protect the hands during sexual stimulation, such as masturbation. Hands may have invisible cuts on them that may admit pathogens or contaminate the other body part or partner.
Another way to protect against pathogen transmission is the use of protected or properly cleaned dildos and other sex toys. If a sex toy is to be used in more than one orifice or partner, a condom can be used over it and changed when the toy is moved.
I never had vaginal sex, all i did is she masturbated me and i sucked her breast , thats all . i swallowed something from her breast , so i am worrying . HIV forum said NO HIV Risk although i tested with DUO and RNA PCR all came back with negative , for hep c in india we have the below test
1) HCV-RNA Detection by COBAS amplicor
2) HCV-RNA Viral load (Quantitative)
Which test i need to do for earlier detection? and this test are conclusive? because i just passed 7 weeks from the exposure. 6 Months i need to wait too long ,
If you are still concerned you coudl test for the antibodies for the hep c virus in about 6 months which is highly conclusive or if you want to spend a lot of money on lab tests there is the HCV RNA by PCR which tests for the virus itself it is very conclusive in a matter of days but the test in the U.S. is about $400 to $600 dollars.
Cheeper to practice safe sex and avoid the worry. Use condoms and barrier protection in the future especially when having sex with a sex worker
What is the window period for hep c? can i do HCV-RNA Detection by COBAS amplicor using Plasma ? will i get conclusive result?
You would have some pain or discomfort with either of the conditions you've mentioned.
I really don't think you have anything to worry about here.
Thanks, But i believe , if you have open sore in your mouth or throat , we will get pain right? i dont have any pain at the time i believe.
I tested with DUO fro HIV it came back to negative.
I don't think there is blood in breast milk unless there is some sort of problem or you're sucking so hard that you're making her nipple bleed.
If you have an actively bleeding condition, whether it's an open sore in your mouth or throat, it's always wise to err on the side of caution when engaging in sexual activity that involves bodily fluids being transferred. Not only for hep c but for HIV.
Thanks for detailed explanation. If I have sore throat or ulcer in my mouth will nnurshing wil cause hep.c right?
It's transmitted via blood to blood contact (sharing needles and associated accouterments for IV drug use, sharing straws or any other device for snorting drugs if there's open wounds in each individual, needle sticks for people in the medical profession can be exposed, obviously, if you have an open wound and an HCV infected person's blood comes in contact with your wound, there's a risk. There's a slight risk when sharing toothbrushes and razors if the conditions are right). This is not an all-inclusive list, but you get the idea.
Typically, it's not a sexually transmitted disease. Having said that, if you're with multiple partners, the risk increases...especially if rough sex is involved whereby creating a situation where skin ruptures can occur to allow blood to enter the body.
Thanks a lot. What are all way of transmission for hep c?
You're not getting hep c from that activity.
