Med Trials!

I am wondering when and where there are med trials! Or where I can look to find out?! Thanks everyone!

Journey,  I sent you a private message re this issue.  However, the email notifier does not work according to the MedHelp moderator so you probably don't know it.  Check your inbox for messages that you may have been sent.

You can try one of the links listed above like:

http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/search

Then enter something like ‘HCV, Albany, NY’ in the search engine. I did this and came up empty for active trials; try altering the search criteria until you locate something interesting. You might find you’ll have to travel NYC though :o(.

Additionally (and perhaps preferably) you can ask your doctor to locate something for you in your best interest. There’s a lot to consider when entering into a clinical trial, and your doctor is eminently qualified to guide you through this.

How do I find the nearest clinical trial center? I'm in upstate ny!

More trials will be out next month and they may not even be up on the clinicaltrials.gov site yet. Check with your nearest clinical trials center and tell them what you're interested in. They'll be able to let you know what they have available and probably what they'll be getting.
