Coffee improving hepatitis c response

Have seen some studies that said coffee minimised side effects from hepatitis c treatment and improved treatment response but they never specified which coffee. Does anybody know?

"... but they never specified which coffee. Does anybody know?"

As others have suggested it is best to drink coffee without the heavy cream and without sugar.

I understand that espresso is suppose to be one of the better ways to drink coffee as you drink a concentrated amount under pressure with actually less coffee beans.

True espresso is difficult and expensive to make. I suggest buying a simple Moka Stovetop Espresso Maker. They are not true espresso makers but make excellent, strong coffees very simply.

Even better is the AeroPress Coffee and Espresso Maker. Again, it is not a true espresso maker but OMG, it makes one of the most amazing concentrates of coffee out of even the worst beans ever. Very simple to use and even more simple to clean up and cheap as well. With this coffee maker the acid level is extremely low and your java fix will be crazy smooth.

I do enjoy a bit of hot milk and sprinkles of vanilla raw sugar  (vanilla beans mixed in with the raw sugar).

I buy fresh dark beans and grind my own.

ESLD Stage 4 - saw my doc the other day and he said coffee was good....try to eliminate the sugar and fats (creamers, etc.)...and to
get use to drinking it black.  Fix mine now with cinnamon and a
drop of vanilla to take edge off of it.

I have noticed that I don't feel as bad after my morning incivek/ riba dose while having the morning coffee. My afternoon dose without coffee is another story.
