Dysuria,with crate-like oval lesion on foreskin,
20161222Thu:
i had a unprotected oral encounter with a massage parlor 40-45 yr old lady .. i have seen this lady couple times but she has been working at same parlor two yrs.
20161226Mon: Saw some pain and burning during urination on pain scale (3to4/10),
20161227Tue: By next morning Tues the pain and burning during urination increased (7/10), also i have a red patch on left side of penis head (my post- http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/Redness-on-left-of-penis-for-2-yrs/show/2096740) and when i pulled by foreskin to see the head, in this red area was more red and white blisters or substance and more red inflamation around the head ring.
20161223Wed: In the morning went to pee i saw fluidy yellow/cloudy liquid filled near tip of penis. i have felt some fluid dripping from penis tip since. Also, there was foul odor from penis area even could smell when sitting or sleeping thru the pants mostly Tuesday night thru Thursday night. The Urine was clear mostly.
20161224Thu: i went to a clinic and indian-canadian doc there said prolly bacterial and gave me a shot of ceftriaxue (250mg) and 4 pills of amythromycin. Now headache and flu like feeling .. slept from 6 PM to 7 AM then felt better with headache and flu like symptoms. Urine mostly yellow
20161225Fri: still painful to touch the tip, and red area is mostly painful to touch and pressing penis has the penis urethra burning or razor feeling when untouched its ok.
20161225Fri: the foul odor I think was less or just yellow urine smell, still pain on urination and painful touch.
20161226Sat: went to a different doc (white-canadian), she sees and now I even saw 4-5 blisters (crater like oval shaped) on foreskin end as I try to pull up foreskin quarter on head can see all in circle but don't appear in groups and i pressed them hard and they are not painful at all. The doctor said she suspects Herpes and did a culture and ordered the virus culture (not DNA NAAT). Anyway, still painful (7-8/10) when urinating and lil less painfull to touch but when pressed .. the urethral burning pain. at 6PM I went to pee and see the tip again and notice a white canker sore/ulcer like circle beside the openiing on penis head. and yellow fluidy coming out.
What do you see my diagnosis is? I am almost certain its Herpes but sometimes mind wants to beleive its bacterial, or even Candida Yeast infection. Appreciate your response. thx

20170102 Sun - subday day10 after exposure the pain during pee is 8/10 and also lesion/ulcer like with mpre reddish outer edge and and also sin Fri or Sat and today i have more of thigh buttocks itches, tingling - so new infection genital? also i have random itches near mouth, nose, eyes, forehead - is this prodrome for facial herpes .. did i auto innoculate ?
