Protected sex but bursted condom....then some symptoms

Hello people,I didnt know how to post a question here so apologies for asking a question on an answer page:

I had a protected sex over 12 months ago..the condom broke while she was on top,I noticed after like 20 seconds, stopped, used another condom to complete the cycle & I got disinterested and that was it.

After 5 days I noticed my throat pepered while swallowing. Within 2 weeks, onus developed a white patch on my tongue, rashes in my trunk and face, red patches in my belly, & fatigue. Curiosity got me tested on HIV after 4 weeks and it was negative.

Since then,I never had the boldness to test again and it's 12 motnks now but something things have remained constant since then:
-white patch in my tongue (Candida maybe)
-a sore in my mouth(grows big,& sometimes small-it has never disappeared for 1 second in 12 months)
-occasional rashes
-lost about 6-7 kg and never regained it despite having a really good eating habit(never loss of appetite)
-redsih rash on my scrotum and has never disapesred for one second)
-eye itches
-occasional fingering in my fingers (both hands)

Never tested for herpes for once. No boldness to test. And I noticed hat anytime I had an occasional drink(alcohol),I get breaks outs.

Worries
-could it be HIV? I tot HIV symptoms show up and then disappears for years but the symptoms i have had since the 4th week are still there in the 12th month.
-could it be herpes?

Thank you in anticipation of your response/s.

Your throat and mouth issues would have nothing to do with genital hsv. Your risk was incredibly lown. You can rule out hiv from this exposure as well.
