ummmmmmmm???

i had a bladder infection on 21st of august... I was on macrobid for the infection but when she did the test for bladder infection it showed no bacteria.. just blood and a trace of protein so i guess i was just starting one??? Took the macrobid it made me feel way better.!

I didn't have sex at all when i had my bladder infection

On the 28th my boyfriend and i had sex and after that it stunnnng so bad to go pee it just felt like i was on fire dont know if it was from being dry or having friction or what?? Friday at lunch i went pee and it hurt so bad! the 29th i had like these two red spots  on the opening of my vagina. like on my labia or vulva or whatever just like right when you open the lips.... didn't ever scab over or anything ! but it was labor day weekend and family doctors were gone i finally went to the plan parent hood tuesday the 2nd and she looked @ them and was really confsued she said  80% sure it wasn't herpes?
what could it have been from.. she did a swab but im still curious what else it could be? could sores last that long from having ouchie sex???

cultures are notoriously falsely negative. Both of you getting igg blood tests for herpes would give you faster answers - you'd know if herpes was even a potential cause.

Have both you and your bf been tested for herpes to know your status? if not both of you getting type specific herpes igg blood tests at this point is the best next step since your lesions were too healed for a culture to be done on them.
