I am 24 years old, uncircumcised male. Since last year I have been constantly recovering from a sore and rash-covered penis after sex unprotected or with a condom, and after masturbation sometimes. I didn't know what to do at first, so I would clean the area vigorously and the pain would get pretty bad and the rash would become extremely irritated. I once had this happen to me when I was 20 and had not taken a shower for about a week-many pimples formed on the head of my penis which did not hurt to remove and could simple be whipped away, I also had a lot of egsima on he head of my penis at that point. After about a week of normal hygiene they all went away. Before now, this was the only concern with such evidence on my penis and I ruled it as a case of balanitis.
Recently however, I had a lot of unprotected sex with someone who has told me and felt belief in them saying they are not infected, but one night after they performed rigerois oral sex in me, I woke up the next day (around 5 hours later) with itching and rashes both on the glands of the head of my penis, corona, and also on the inside of the foreskin. This has happened multiple times with a rash after sex and masturbation, and has give a bump or two in which I usually take Lotramin extra strength and it clears up within two to three days, always getting better over time and bumps reducing in multiplicity and size. This time the local pharmacy did not carry Lotramin and I am using Lamisil instead. Since I applied this last night, the symptoms have only gotten worse! A lot of little bumps have started to appear around the corona and the rashes are not going away at all, and the itching (which usually goes away after apply Lotramin) comes back within 10 minutes after applying Lamisil. This happened once last year, actually. I applied tee tree oil and apple cider vinagar to the head of my penis after really rough oral sex and it really irritated it, but again, after I started using an antifungal the symptoms go away in less than a week. My questions at this point are:
-Does herpes cause non-fluid filled, small bumps very close together but never touching. If there ever is fluid inside the bump. It's extremely small, can be whipped away, and never causes a lesion.
-is sudden little shocks of stining on one part of my foreskin an attribute to herepes?
-is Lamasil causing this(different to Lotramin-how?)
-is this a (second, considering the time I used tea tree oil and apple cider vinager being equal on description) outbreak of herpes?
Please, if we could talk about this this would help so much!!
