Concerning question from 23 yr old

My blood pressure runs 130's/70's on average sometimes 140's once or twice a week how bad is this? Am I in danger? I'm on Bp meds now

I've always been the same. Check with your mother or father and see if it doesn't run in the family.

Ok thank you. It's crazy that we got hypertension at such a young age. I'm always at the gym, eating right, very active. I guess it doesn't matter though. Thanks for comnenting

You aren't in danger. express your concern with your doctor. maybe a high dosage is needed. I'm 28 and have been taking bp meds for 10 years now. Mine reads 116/68 - 120/70 almost every day.
