When is high blood pressure dangerous?

I'm a 20 year old female with no history of high blood pressure . Typically my blood pressure is 110/70 sometimes even lower. I read online that your blood pressure in your 20s should never go above 120/80 or that's dangerous. Why is that "dangerous". I thought blood pressure naturally fluctuated throughout the day. If my blood pressure is generally under 120/80 but occasionally goes above 120/80 is that bad? Also are temporary dramatic spikes dangerous during panic attacks? My blood pressure gets very high in the middle of an attack. Highest at home was 160/100. Highest it's been is 190/100 and I was sent to the hospital but they didn't do anything for the blood pressure they just gave me lorazepam and it went down to 130/85. It's never gotten that high again I was also on cold medicine apparently that's why it was SO high. Could I have stroked ?

Temporary spikes in blood pressure aren't anything to be worried about, but if its a consistent issue you might want to look into the underlying cause.
If you feel that panic attacks are instigating your perceived increase in blood pressure then I would recommend talking to someone about the panic attacks and how to deal with them when they arise.
