Daughter has large unidentifiable sores

my daughter is 14 years old and has been having large spots come up on her left arm that looks like burns.  she says that before the blisters come up her skin feels like someone is holding a torch under it. after the burning eases the blisters start to appear, right nefore your eyes.  the blisters will ooze and become painful again.  after the skin starts drying it turns into large sores.  i dont know what to do, she has already been to 3 emergency rooms and 1 urgent care.  so far all the dr's can say is that she is a medical mystery.

no we live in alabama. we had even too her to a childrens hospital in birmingham and they proceeded to ask her if she had done it to herself or if we had done it to her.  before the dr's there let us go they said they had never seen anything like this before.  as of last night it has spread to her left arm and left leg.  so now it is officially on both legs and both arms.
