Liver lesions

In a recent contrast CT scan while being hospitalized for apparent duodenitis, cause not certain, numerous small liver lesions were seen. No symptoms, liver blood panel normal. GI sypmtoms were nausea, diarrhea, and mild stomach ache and got dehydrated. Also had an endoscopy. No other GI issues seen or suspected. Gastrologist doesn't even want to see me as follow up unless pain returns. Followed up with infectious disease MD who was consulted to check for infections. So far none although a couple of blood tests still outstanding. Dr. doesn't think they will reveal anything. At first, they suspected a fungal cause of duodenitis and that lesions were "probably related".  Biopsy of duodinal tissue benign and eliminated fungus. I left hospital feeling fine. Once hydrated I felt fine. Good appetite, no nausea but intermittent diarrhea returned after about 5 days of normal bowel movement. No fevers. I have lost a little weight. Could I have a hard-to-find parasite (no recent experiences to suspect this though) or persistant viral cause?

None to all except mild stomach ache during the duodenitis....only thing that may qualify as cyclical is a bout with a GI issue last Feb. Had diarrhea, fever, sinus infection all at once (no nausea). I always have a sinus infection once a year. But this had all the above. Dr. said it mimic'd something going around (head/neck and GI) and although probably viral, it warranted a antiboitic. I got better quickly but ever since, I have had periodic episodes of loose, wattery  bowels. No other symptoms except my weight had settled about 10 lb. lower and has stayed about the same until recently despite good appetite. With this last round, I have fallen another 5 lb. (note: ordinarily I would welcome the loss, I am still about 236, not fat just big). I had assumed that the dehydration was the main cause. This is why I suspect maybe a hidden parasite or persistant, undetectable virus.

Any other symptoms?  Chronic headaches, eye pain, stomach pain, joint and muscle pain, smell and or hearing hypersensativaties, heart palpatations, lymph nodes hurt and swollen, sleep disturbances, anxiety or anger issues?  feel ok some days and feel crappy others, seem cyclical?
