I put my hand on the pavement. few mins later I touched the outside of my ear(close to the cheek side) can microbes enter the ear canal from that incident ??? its very important for me to know

I wouldn't worry about this especially if you didn't put your fingers into your ear.

No, if you didn't put your fingers inside your ear they can't travel inside the ear from the skin outside your ear. You should be fine.
