Well, you should see it in the Xray but a CT scan or MRI are much more sensitive to see than an Xray. So those would pick  up more things than the Xray. That is why I wonder what is going on? Did a different doctor order that test? If so I would talk to that doctor about getting a Quantiferon gold test if that is negative then I wonder about a biopsy. So, that is the direction I am thinking.

Please see last post and if it is that it isn't covering the whole lung. But something is causing the enlarged heart. That is usually something that is causing strain such as labored breathing or heart problems or you do have asthma didn't you say? So, lets just take this a step at a time.

Yes but you have to get a TB test to prove it isn't that. And a biopsy to show that it is the parenchymal fibrosis. Since they say it is misdiagnosed a lot. So, I wouldn't jump to any conclusions yet.

Yes all times weak, tired, exhausted .Yes shortness in breath on like stairs- climbing 8-10 and doing small work like 8-10 minutes like brooming. CT was done in MAY.2013 will ask them to further investigations.
Xray mentioned is complete as mentioned by me.
-parenchymal fibrosis is serious ailment, does this has any treatment?

So I had to do some reading about your results.
1. regarding the parenchymal fibrosis. It is like having enlarged spaces in your bronchioles. So, have you been exposed to asbestos, silica, been a miner, sand blaster, ship worker? Those jobs can cause this. Smoking can make it worse. Also, it can be caused by autoimmune disease, certain medications, and TB. Diagnosis is by a special biopsy that is done under general anesthesia called videoscopic, assisted thorascopic wedge biopsy or VATS.  Also, misdiagnosis is common but that is why a biopsy would be performed. It  causes you to breath hard (pulmonary hypertension) which can lead to heart failure 2.(that is why your heart may be enlarged due to the stress of having to breath hard). They can treat it with oxygen supplementation. But since TB can be an underlying cause you may want to again get the quanitferon gold to rule out TB and if you don't have it then maybe get the biopsy. Another thing is you still have the 4mm subpleural nodule. This can be a tumor or infectious or just a nodule. How long has it been since the last CT? Did they say anything about the  boarder of the nodule or that was all that you got? Sometimes they wait and see if it grows slow or fast and so that can tell them if it is benign tumor or malignant or a infectious disease. Since it hasn't grown at all it may not be infectious but TB does grow very slowly. So that is why I would suggest ruling it out unless your doctor says no way it is TB. See if you can talk to the doctor that ordered the CT about the results and following up with treatment. You may need oxygen treatment. Do you feel exhausted all the time, short of breath, etc.? Any fever now?

X ray reports reads as under--
Lung volumes are decreased. The cardiac size is enlarged with CT of 0.61.
An area of likely parenchymal fibrosis is identified overlying the expected region of the right middle lobe. no evidence of pleural effusion.
Subpleural nodule within the anterior aspect of right upper lobe 4 mm identified in CT which is not visible on plain radiograph.
Please help- what does it mean-
a)parenchymal fibrosis is identified overlying
b)Cardiac size increased with CT 0.61.
Do I need further investigations?
