hemmorhoid?

hello, i want to ask if it is external hemmorhoid i found out that there is something outside my anus, it is not hurt me no pain no bleed no itchy,. and i think i get this only this yr when i always constipated so hard and i always eat spicy food for my dinner., i was worried if it is will be bigger if i not cure this.. and other problem is i am also tppa positive and until now didnt cure it,. but today  my schedule consult my doctor and pass the result., i just thinking if that something on my anus is one of the cause of tppa positive because there is no pain on my anus..

Hi,
Thanks for the update. If the hot sitz bath is not helping, you need to see you doctor for proper management of the other condition present especially is there are no pain, itchiness or bleeding. Do keep us posted how it goes.

thanks sir,. i confirm that i have syphilis, but my problem is i really dont know if on my anus is hemmorhoid coz its not painfull,. i will try the hot sit if it is effective,. i didnt consult yet about this because i am not finish about my problem in syphillis. .

How are you? Hemorrhoids or painful, swollen veins in the lower portion of the anus result from increased pressure in the veins of the anus. Straining during bowel movements, constipation and sitting for long periods of time are some of the risk factors for hemorrhoids. Drinking plenty of fluids, eating a high fiber diet and hot sitz bath may help. The TPPA test is used to confirm a syphilis infection which usually presents with painless ulcers (chancres) or flat warty looking growths in the genitals and around the anus and mouth. For proper diagnosis, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor. Take care and regards.
