dizzy an numb limbs wth warm an twitching muscle

                                   HELP me PLEASE

hello   i dont no if im in the right place to post but heres my story........im a 32 year old male im having a lot of problems first one is that my muscle always twitches in my whole body but most of the time its my legs an my muscle feel a little weak..........my legs muscle feel warm most of the time an now that feeling is in my arms to. i get bad muscle spasma alot ......im dizzy an when i go to sleep i will wake up an all my limbs are numb so it wakes me up like every other hour thats been going on for a week.......i had blood work done an the only thing thats wrong with my blood is my creatine (ckp) was high like 900.....an i how not work out in 5 months......but every week i get blood work done an its high any were from 300 to 900 my muscle are always twitching an feeling warm...my doc is puzzles.he said its muscle breakage tissue but i have not work out or nothing in 5 months....i had my kidneys check they came back fine......an one doc said its anxiety but i know its not its something else i wish i could get some help so i could tell my doctor.........if any one has experience this pls tell what you did to get Diagnosis......pls thanks for reading

night cramp is a multifactorial in origin, it may be considered as a diagnosis its self if the cause(s) was not clarified!!
you may need do extra investigations:
-blood calcium, glucose, saly (rule out any cause of electrolytes disturbance)
-kidney, liver function.
-malabsorption disorders.
-circulatory disorders (varicosis, insufficiency or sclerosis)
