Yes family doctors can inject immunoglobulin shots. However they may just have IgG and don't know if they have IgM. IT still might help with your immune status. There may be some other new immune boosting medicines. I'm not sure for bacterial. I know they can use interferon for viruses but it won't help for TB or bacterial disease. Interferon is very expensive. I don't feel very smart since I haven't been working due to a back injury and tendonitis, knee injury, just got over a blood clot but it is gone now. etc. But it is good to share knowledge and help people on here. That is why I am here. I hope to have good health too. I appreciate your good wishes, I need them too, LOL.

Well you have a lot of information. You need to try to remove these results because your name and information is on them. If you can't let me know and I'll try to see if I can get them removed. Someone could click on the information and get your personal information at the top of the page. Yes I would see an infectious disease specialist for the fungal infection seen on the CT scan. You want to find out if you have an Aspergilloma and what treatment. If you have an Aspergilloma you may have to get on both antifungal medication and steroids to clear it otherwise it won't go away. I don't like steroids either but for this you may have to endure it if it is an Asergilloma. If it is something else then they may just be able to use the antifungals. So you have to find out what fungus it is.

I don't read Ecocardiograms but it appear normal. May want to discuss with doctor and also the PFT test seems normal except for the statement vital capacity is decreased otherwise normal.

The lab work is a lot. Most is normal. You have a bit of Iron deficiency. I would ask the doctor if you should go on iron pills or not. If you do you will have to monitor that every three months. Also the vitamin D is too low. You can take about 1000 mg for 3 months and get retested and see where you are. Or ask your doctor to see where they want you to start. Most people are low in vitamin D in North America. I take 4000 IU a day. But you have to get tested before taking that much. It takes time to absorb into the body so you will take some retest take more retest etc.

Did you say you are a type II diabetic?

Your hemoglobin is slightly low and the urine shows slight blood in it. It might be due to the anemia. But why you have it might be due to some underlying problem. Do you have hemorrhoids? Or if not bleeding ulcer or anything like that? I can't say.
Your white blood cells are boarderline high and the sed rate is slightly high so you may just be showing the fungal infection.

I don't know if the fungal infection would make your lymphocytes go up. I don't think so but not sure. If you had CLL your platelet would show low too so I don't think so.

So you need to have a good talk with your doctor over all these things. I am not a doctor and don't necessarily get the whole picture. So, I gave you some things to think about and talk to your doctor about. Write them down and see a good doctor.

hope this helps.

I don't know if I can get this removed. I didn't expect that your name would be on it and so forth. But you can't see it unless you click on it. But you should ask the help desk to remove it. Look down below and after write down our conversation get your particular link removed. Unless you don't care about the information at the top of the results.
