whats this bumpy flaky rash on my leg?

for a month now ive had a wierd bumpy rash thing on my right leg in the middle of my calve. it gets itchy sometimes and i put tee-tree on it to try and get rid of it but theres never any change. heres a link to the picture, if the link doesnt work its just on my profile:-

thankyou much appreciated for the feedback :) do you think its serious? or is it just minor and i shouldnt worry about it?? also i put on fake tan on my legs, but they have no chemicals in the lotion, (cuz my mums all into  natural stuff) could that maybe the cause of it, even if it isnt chemical?

How are you? The rash could be due to irritation (especially if you changed soap or lotion), allergic reaction, skin infection ( fungal or bacterial) or skin conditions such as dermatitis or eczema. Try to avoid scratching to prevent secondary bacterial infection. Topical anti-inflammatory/ antipruritic medication may help provide relief. However, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor or be referred to a dermatologist for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
