Major muscle spasms in right side and body when I lay down.

I am 45 years old and the doctors say I have IBS. I dont think so and just wanted to pose the question to the experts on here.  When I get up in the morning, I am bloated pretty much all day when I stand up or walk. I have also noticed internal tremors in my right leg when standing or sitting, they have even come on up to my right arm.  At night when I lay down to sleep, my body starts to get these weird strong spasms up my right side to the point that I have to get up and move around until they disappear.  They usually hit me 2 or 3 times a night and when I wake in the morning time, I am soar all over from muscle fatigue.  I have had mri and ct of the brain, neck and abdominal and chest areas, all kinds of blood work, colonoscopy and everything comes back normal.  The only thing the ct showed was a hemangioma on my L2 vertebrae. I am on diovan hct for blood pressure and simvastatin for cholesterol.  My vision has even changed a little bit in my right eye. What can be causing these weird spasms and are they dangerous?  Sincerely appreciate any help, Curly

Maybe a chiropractor can help with those! Pinched nerves can cause a lot of problems even bloating of the stomach at times. Some can fix it and even prescribe medicine to help. My neck spasms some times and they ended up fixing it turns out the top of my spine was way out of line and was causing inflamed nerves. Hope you figure out the solution soon :)

Good, I hope you are able to solve your problems by switching medications.  Luckily there are many many different medications on the market to treat high blood pressure and sometimes it just take a while to find one that helps without bad side effects.

I am pretty constipated sometimes even after as much water I drink.  I have been reading alot on the diovan hct side effects and come to find out that all of my problems are from it. I am going to have to find a new bp medicine. I sincerely thank you for your time to reply.
