Elevated Lipase, Itching, and Right side pain

HI, I usually frequent only one community trying to at least help others. I am just a patient, but an impatient one and feel like I am losing my patience right now. I have been dealing with pain below my rib and tenderness for over two months. At first, I was dealing with it on both sides but now it is just on the right. My recent blood work has shown an increase (very mild) increase only 1 point above the range in my Alkaline phosphatase. My Bun is at 22, so mildly elevated. My Lipase is at 65 and it is elevated according to the blood work. Now, I have to get an ultrasound because before ordering these tests.  I have been dealing with itching for quite awhile now, It is mostly on the tops of my feet and calves, but occasionally elsewhere. It is persistent and not from dry skin. Right now I am beyond stressed out, and really scared. I am seeing a specialist next week. But I am wondering when would something like this be considered an emergency? My sister has  chronic autoimmune pancreatitis. So, I am afraid I guess. Also, I am worried about liver and kidney function problems. I have been suffering from excessive thirst at times, and very frequent urination. My blood sugar tests have all been fine despite being borderline or type 2 diabetic which I am not sure what the doctors' consensus is. So, if anyone has any words of comfort , it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance

I am 31. I have high blood pressure and have been dealing with it and on medication for over 8 years and had elevated blood pressure issues on and off during childhood. I have been suffering from severel neurological type symptoms which are not neurological at all from my understanding. After I remembered that in the past I had electrolyte issues I have been taking mag and potassium because of muscle twitching, tremor, weakness and dehydration. Since I take these, so long as I take them all the time every day, unfortunately I cannot keep it in my system because I am peeing like 20-25 times a day.I  have been retaining water more than I should. Last week I had pitting edema. I am not sure what IGA nephropathy is. I have a humoral immune defect called CVID. Anyways, I am going to see the nephrologist to see if he can help me with the hypertension which is up and down despite medicine. Thanks for your post and peace
