1 year old light colored stool

My 1 year old daughter has had a cold for the last month. She was on antibiotics and was doing good for the last week now but yesterday she started coughing again and has been having about 4-5 watery stools a day. They started greenish yellow and mucousy and now they are milky white/light tan. Also, im not sure if its because shes cold or not but i've noticed this morning that her lips will turn blue, and then go back to pink a minute later,. She seems to be breathing fine, and is not coughing when it happens but im worried.

It could be a sign of poorly functioning hearts and lungs.
