Elevated Liver Enzymes (GGT)

I recently turned 40 and just took out a life insurance policy. The health screen came back with elevated liver enzymes, particulary the GGT's? I remember these same results from a previous health screen about 8-10 years prior. Both times they were elevated about 5 X's the normal levels. I don't drink but upon occassion, maybe once a month and that is usually wine. I may take a tylenol product, but even that is usually ibuprofen instead. Well, I was initially denied coverage, but then received my coverage at a higher premium. I went to my family physician but he did not seemed too alarmed. So what gives? Am I at risk here? Should I do a colon/liver cleanse program?... do those even have real benefits? Someone please give advise!
