Liver lesion concern

I went to the ER with upper abdominal pain two days ago. Turned out to be Gastritis. But they did blood work and a CT scan with contrast to rule out abnormalities. My MCV level was 95.1 (the report shows that being high). The CT scan showed a 1 cm lesion on my right liver lobe which they states seemed like a small hemangioma. I asked my doctor about it and he said many people have hemangiomas and they are a benign condition. My question is am I worrying too much about it? With my MCV levels slightly elevated Im a little freaked out since high MCV levels can be a sign of liver disease. I'm not a drinker but I do smoke.

The report said the liver pancreas gallbladder spleen and kidneys were all unremarkable. The report said the lesion appears to be a small hemangioma but too small to characterized. The report also noted there may be bilateral renal calculi but since the ct was done with contrast it can't be definitive. It also stated there were no significant abnormalities.
