I think you are suffering from gallstones due to excessive bilirubin (which is a waste bile pigment and cause for jaundice due to the liver failure to remove the waste)  please do a ultrasound scan ....or you may suffering from chronic anemia which also cause for jaundice, liver enlargement and gallstones ...

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Sorry for the late reply. The liver enzymes are elevated in liver disorders. Besides this they are also elevated in conditions like muscle injury and sometimes due to medications. If you do not have symptoms of liver disease like jaundice, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and fever, I would advise you to wait for now and repeat the test after four weeks to see how the levels are progressing.

For the gastritis and raised triglyceride levels follow good lifestyle measures. Some guidelines are eat frequent small meals- 5 to 6, instead of 3 large meals.Avoid oily and spicy food. In general, avoid all fatty foods. Cessation of smoking helps to heal gastritis. Avoid consumption of alcohol.
Take the last meal of the day early and let there be a time gap between the last meal and bedtime. If you are overweight, try to reduce weight. Adapt a regular exercise regime, which will improve bowel movements as well as relieve any tensions or stress. Avoid all pain killers like NSAIDs which will aggravate your problem.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
