Thank you for answering, I have in fact been ill for quite a while.  I was just wondering if there was something specific with a high ALT, AST and low BUN, Sodium, etc.

My fevers have been with me since Summer and since December that have been over 100.  Thank you for taking time to reply.

Any fever over 101 in an adult is serious. There are so many different liver enzymes to keep track of that I couldn't help you with the specifics. If this blood test was just a recent check up thing as in a CBC (core blood count), I'd ask to get a liver panel done... this test specifically tests the liver enzymes at which point they can see how well your liver is functioning. If you are concerned it is your liver going a bit crazy, you can certainly do something about it.
