returning Liver hemangioma

I had surgery to have a Liver Hemangioma removed in 3/07.  It turned out to be 35 centimeters in size. I have been feeling fine but have gained about 20 pounds,  My husband thinks it might have grown back.  What are the chances of a liver hemangioma returning.  I did have a recheck six months after the surgery but nothing since.

Any comments.

I haven't taken any hormones in 20 years.

If you've continued to take hormones which may have caused your first hemangioma, it would indeed be possible for reoccurrence.
