Hi there,  I had the same thing and was actually hospitalised with it and my liver had enlarged to 20cm.  They did all the test to check for gall stones etc and couldn't find anything.  I went back to my doctor and was then told I had a fatty liver.  I have just done a 6 week detox and now on a weight management program.  I have never felt better and have no pain whatsoever.

I dont think you need to worry about your liver but if the pain becomes more severe then I reccommend seeing a doctor. How long have you had the pain? Do you partisipate in sport or weight training? Have you been involved in any heavy lifting or stretching?

You have to try to provide with more imformation so we can make a better attempt to help you. I cant just send you for a test, only your doctor can do that.
