Bump on my scrotum
Okay so I have just been masturbating and I realized that there is this huge bump on my scrotum. There is a black spot in the middle of .ore like a line. I am a virgin so it has nothing to do with sex. It is painful and itches though. What should I do about it???

Also, whatever .ore means and black spot aside, it sounds like a varicocele, which are very common and often resolve spontaneously. You might google the term to see if it sounds like it.

Did you check on what a varicocele is? It's said to be common among men and even more so among young men.
