Erection Tightness

When I have an erection, the skin around my penile shaft feels uncomfortably tight, although only a little, with a tiny bit of pain. Is that normal? Is it normal at all, perhaps after an ejaculation in my sleep? I wonder if it is related to being circumcised as an infant, perhaps if too much skin was removed. It is bearable, but worry my erections could be fuller and more comfortable if I had not been circumcised. I have heard of ways to restore the foreskin, but imagine that even in my case it would not be worth it?

You can "restore" foreskin, which isn't actually getting your foreskin back, but stretching your penile skin over time to create a foreskin, or taking skin from another part of your body to create a foreskin.

I'm not sure, though, that your issue is related to that. You might have something simple like dry skin, or something more complicated, but only a doctor can make that determination.

Have you always had this issue? How old are you?

I can tell you that it's not normal. Erections shouldn't be painful.

I am 24 and have had this issue for a while, but never saw it as an issue until I learned about circumcision and thought that maybe it was not normal. It is rare it hurts, but mostly just feels like the skin is really tight.
Since you're an adult, and haven't always had this issue, it might be a good idea to check with your doc, but it might just be when you have really dry skin, or are exceptionally hard or something.
What you describe sounds normal to me. I'm just like that also. In a way, that is the point of the circumcision, give penis the tight look and feel.
What you can do is, moisturize whole penis skin, not only head, but shaft too. Coconut oil works great. Give it a try. Also, you could try wearing underwear that gives you a better support down there. I personally wear briefs.
