Hi Benudharahu -
This is a question that many men ask. There are a few things to consider to increase your sperm count - I am assuming you are asking as your goal is to conceive a child.
Firstly, it's advantageous for you to first research what can decrease poor fertility. Tobacco, drugs, alcohol - all three are common, and they do not help male fertility. Severe weight gain/obesity. Tight underclothing or pants - especially while jogging or biking. Mostly anything that would contribute to poor health.
Secondly, don't think you can correct these things today and you'll be fertile tomorrow - sometimes the body needs time to get itself back into balance.
Thirdly - if it's not lifestyle related, and not related to any current health conditions - there are treatments that men can seek to correct fertility problems - and allowing a DR to take a variety of tests to help guide and measure your fertility is 100% okay and having that direction will be beneficial.
Hi, do you know that you have a problem, or are just trying for a child and its not happened yet?
There could be to many resons for that and it may not you but your wife, getting your wife pregnant is an easy thing, but there are a lot of things need to be in the right place, at the right time for it to happen.
Please come back with more info.
