Itchy urethra persistent, treatment not working?

Hello, I'll be as detailed as possible.
I was diagnosed with epidimitis 6weeks ago and took levo500 for 2weeks (symptoms seemed to clear up). By the end of the second week I had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex with high risk female, possibly CSW (45yrs old) who claimed she didn't have any stds when I asked her after the encounter, and that "I had nothing to worry about" she did say "ohh" when I mentioned unprotected fellatio which was rough and lasted around 10min. Uro gave me 1week levo along with arcoxia, then 1week denvar, then 5 days itraconazol. All symptoms (pee fishy odor, frequency to urinate, ocasional testicular pain, maybe a 1 time clear discharge) dissapeared except itchy urethra. The first urine test showed 1-2 leucocytes only, rest was normal (had already been on levo for 3days). The urologist then recommended urethral swab 3weeks later when "symptoms didn't improve" even though he knew I had no discharge. The test hurt a lot and made me faint after taking a **** afterwards. Tests showed up "normal" (1-3 leucocytes) and erythrocytes (0-1 per field)(maybe damaged my urethra). No growing bacteria found after 72hrs.

The second urologist diagnosed me with prostatis3 (CPPS) after I explained my story and symptoms. He claimed "it was very common among people my age (23yrs)". He did milk my prostate pretty hard and had a sharp pain in my prostate towards the end with a clear discharge from urethra. He examined my urethra (opening widely), along my penis and my anus, he said "I had nothing". And it was "all in my head". I have also tried "d-mannose" for 3 days with no significant improvement, so I stopped.

He gave me nitrofurantoin100mg (twice a day) for 2weeks and exel15mg (once a day) for a week. It's been 5days and no improvement. How can you be certain of this diagnosis? I've read multiple forums and nobody with CPPS has urethral discomfort/itch. He seemed very convinced. I've had epidimitis and chalmidia/gon within the last year but cleared up with a round of antibiotics within a week.
I also had peeling penis skin, specially after eyaculation. The uro gave me a "neutral" soap and itchy anus and peeling penis skin seem to be improving. Also gave me a hydrocortisone 1% cream for my penis gland. I have avoided caffeine, alcohol, spicy food and tried to eat as healthy as ever.
This recent exposure has worked my anxiety levels for over a month, every single day. I would say I'm depressed and regret the encounter so much.  I know Drs. like HHH suggest genitally focused anxiety, but I'm not imagining anything, its present every single minute of every single day ever since.
My questions are:
1. Is CPPS the "correct" diagnosis? And will I have to live with this discomfort/urethra itch forever? Any cases where it simply goes away? Will it come back?
2. Would any of the antibiotics taken cure "trichomoniasis"? Some online drs say this can be transmited via oral, others dont agree. But symptoms describe this condition perfectely.
3. What vitamin/mineral supplement can speed up the healing proccess or boost my immune system (if it helps)? I'm taking 4life Plus for a month which boosts NK cells by 400%, but no significant improvement.
4. How can I be diagnosed with CPPS if this is clearly a bacteria issue? (I contracted it after the fellatio encounter)
5. Could this be something else? Virus of some type? No visible blisters in the urethra, dr made sure of that.
6. Why is the itchy/discomfort urethra my only symptom? Why nobody else talks about this only symptom in any forum?
7. Should the hidrocortisone 1% cream be applied inside urethra? Was never sure about that.
8. Is it possible standard culture urine test (48-72hrs) is too little of time for bacteria to grow? Read cases where bacteria grew after 1week of culture as opposed to traditional method.
9. Will prosta-q supplement help my urethral discomfort/itch?
