My left testicle hurts and it’s swollen

My left testicle started bothering me 2 weeks ago and it got just a bit swollen. I went to the Drs last Monday a week ago and I had an std panel done and everything came back negative. That same day I was prescribed levoflaxicin just in case if there was an infection. So far my testicle still swallen and i ended up going to the er yesterday because the pain was umberable. It seems the pain it’s like a pinch in the back of my testicle that radiates from the testicle to my pelvis area on the left side only. I had an ultrasound done to check torsion or any abnormalities. I also had a CT scan done from my stomach and pelvis area to rule out kidney stones bc I had them before but everything came back clear! My blood work was normal too. So I left the ER like I went in and dissapointed.

So what should I do now? My testicle still bothering me, I do not have symptoms of a hernia but my testicle still bothering me and swollen a bit.

Please any inputs? Thank you
