Is it natural for the skin of an uncircumcised penis to stretch?

I'm 18, have an uncircumcised penis and have just recently become sexually active for the first time in my life.
After a rather enthusiastic blowjob and hand job from a female I noticed that the skin on the tip of my penis (normally tight) has been stretched a bit during the aforementioned and the head of my penis was partially exposed, which was a bit painful at the time because the skin was pulled back. Prior to now I had no idea that the head of my penis was supposed to come out so I thought oh **** my skin has been stretched and is now messed up. I have never pulled my skin back so much that the head of my penis comes out because I thought that was unnatural and it obviously hurts. It has been less than a day since the incident occurred and the skin on the tip of my penis is just curled up a little bit. Is this skin on the tip of my penis going to go back to how it was, being, tight and with the head not exposed at all? Is it definitely normal for the head of my penis to come out of the skin like that and if so, should I try pulling it back all the way before I continue to be sexually active?
P.S, everything is fine functionally, I have no pain/problems peeing or getting hard.
Would be great if someone could answer my questions, cheers.

A lot of this should be available from online medical (i.e., non-porn) sources, so double-check what I write.  It's natural that over time, some of the connecting membrane that has kept the foreskin always over the tip of the penis for the early years of life, will dissolve or degrade or disappear.  This can take until your late teens, and up until the time it happens you should not try to pull your foreskin back, it is not meant to happen until well after puberty, some of the literature says age 18 or later.  But ultimately the foreskin can roll back over the penis when there is an erection.  It is a matter of what is comfortable.  I believe uncircumcised men's foreskins stay over the head of the penis when they do not have an erection.

If this roll back of the foreskin is normal, is the foreskin supposed to roll back over the head when flaccid? Because at the moment it has rolled back over the head but has left more of the head exposed than what it did previously.
Thank you for answering!
My experience in this area is as a mom of a boy with a foreskin, and  fromwhat he has told me (there are books on the physical changes of adolescence called things like "What's Going On Down There?"  that he has read).  But he is younger than you.  I think he can possibly pull the foreskin back a bit when washing, but am pretty sure that when flaccid, his foreskin always goes back down over the glans (the head of the penis). At times when he's casually getting out of the bath or changing and I've been around and have seen him naked, the foreskin is down over the glans.  In your shoes I wouldn't suggest worrying about the foreskin rolling back and exposing more of the head unless it is somehow stuck or painful.
