Penis Issue

After using a penis pump, the head of my penis stayed big, the skin just under the head became filled with fluid "donut effect", and my shaft got skinny.  Ever since then I have not been able to achieve the same erection as before.  I also do not have morning wood or random erections like I did before. I am not sure if it was there before, but I also notice a small ball shaped tissue in between the shaft and the penis head.  Please help

If used in moderation, a penis pump usually causes no harm.  However, if you overdo it by applying too much suction for too long of a time, things happen.  Some of your symptoms hopefully will go away within a few days, but you should consult a physician if problems persist.
