Lack of sensation/ trouble getting an erection.

This issue has been going on for about a week now. I had left two weeks ago to visit family and I was away from my girlfriend for a week. Before I had left I had 0 issue getting an erection and we would have sex once to twice a day. But as soon as I got back and I really wanted to I could not seem to get an erection. At first I thought it was just nerves/excitement but it almost seems like I have like 0 feeling in my penis. I can try and masturbate and not achieve an erection and even when she is involved I could not get one. I was able to get an erection for a short time but as soon as there was penetration after a few seconds I went flaccid again. The thing that is starting to worry me is that for the past week I have not even gotten morning wood or random erections. Literally 0 sensation at all. I don't know if it is a mental block or what is going on and I am just fixating on it. Because I want to have sex and not worry her.
